Ananyalak Sonin, affectionately known as Lek, is our dedicated yoga teacher with a rich background in holistic wellness. At 46 years old, Lek brings over a decade of experience and a 500-hour yoga certification from India to our rehabilitation center. Her deep understanding of yoga, coupled with her compassionate and patient approach, helps clients reconnect with their bodies and minds. Lek's classes are designed to support the recovery process, promoting physical strength, mental clarity, and inner peace. Her passion for yoga and commitment to our clients' well-being make her an invaluable part of our team.
