🏥 Key Responsibilities: 

• Individual Counselling Sessions: Provide personalized one-on-one therapy tailored to the client’s specific challenges.
• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead dynamic group sessions, fostering peer support and shared recovery experiences.
• Educational Lectures: Deliver informative lectures on addiction, mental health, and coping strategies.
• Developing Lectures: Continuously update and create lecture content, ensuring relevance and evidence-based practices.
• Client Monitoring: Regularly assess and document clients’ progress, ensuring effective treatment.
• Crisis Management: Offer immediate support and intervention during critical moments.
• Problem Solving: Develop and implement strategies to overcome recovery barriers and address unique client issues.

• Client Admissions: Facilitate a smooth and welcoming admission process for new clients.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed client records and treatment plans.
• Report and Documentation: Produce detailed reports and meeting minutes to ensure accurate client records.
• Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
• Client Intake and Orientation: Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a seamless transition into the program.
• Continuous Professional Development: Engage in ongoing training to stay current with best practices.

🏫 Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in addiction counseling.
• Strong skills in individual counseling, group therapy facilitation, and crisis management.
• Ability to develop and deliver educational content.
• Proven track record in client monitoring, aftercare planning, and maintaining accurate records.
